The newest addition to The Collective Access's commitment to empowering the youth is our Mentor and Mentee Interviews, a workshop that builds off of our Kids Networking event. At these workshops, we pair kids with a mentor who already works in their dream profession. We provide unique and invaluable access for kids and their mentors to sit down and have almost an hour of their undivided attention.

We provide the mentors, the kids provide the desire to learn and grow! This event is designed as a follow-up and more focused event for the kids to be able to ask questions, gain guidance, and begin reaping the rewards of networking. We pair the kids with their mentors based on information and questions asked and conversations shared during out Kids Networking events.

Attendees at this event are encouraged to learn the importance of networking, relationships, and professional etiquette. We will out our new networking skills to the test with with fun contests and exciting interaction between professionals and children.

We always welcome all kids. If you want to volunteer or lend a helping hand, please fill out our volunteer form.
