Pure Indoor Cycling hosted The Collective Access as it’s featured charity for October’s Pay It Forward Ride. The Pay It Forward Program was created by Maria Disla, owner of the San Diego Spin Studio that everyone’s been raging about. Each month, Pure hosts an hour long charity ride where each rider can book their bike online and pay a $25 donation. 100% of proceeds from each Pay It Forward ride will be given to local charities in San Diego with the cost of the instructor being covered.
On Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 thirty-four individuals pedaled for The Collective Access cause to help children get access to resources that will expand their minds, opportunities, and dreams. They were led by Amy who kept the class bumping with never ending energy and enthusiasm.
The Collective Access is looking to reach more youth by expanding their future and current programs which include Hour of Coding, Kid Networking and Ice Cream for a Dream. The Hour of Code equips young children with the tools of their generation by teaching them computer programming. Kid Networking emphasizes the importance of business relationships, networking and proper etiquette in formal situations. The Ice Cream for a Dream is a sweet incentive designed to promote ambition and encourage the youth to share their dreams. Learn more about CA programs here.
